We are hiring for a Mutual Fund Business Development Executive (BDE) with a focus on tele-calling. As a Mutual Fund BDE, the primary responsibilities would include generating leads, contacting potential clients via telephone, providing information about mutual fund products, and setting up meetings with interested individuals. The role requires strong communication skills, the ability to explain complex financial concepts in a clear and concise manner, and a goal-oriented mindset to drive business growth.

BDE (Business development Executive)


Graduation in Finance like, BBA & MBA Fresher’s etc. Domain from Banking, Broking, Insurance, Securities, Wealth Management, Asset Management Companies with experience of 0.6 to 4 years or more.

Most preferable candidate with NISM V-A exam certification.

Role and responsibility of Candidate: 

Actively promote and sell mutual fund products to Retail/HNI Clients using the assigned database and generate fresh leads through referrals to expand the client base.

  • Meet the assigned business targets by enhancing and upgrading client relationships to increase their net worth.
  • Analyze and understand customer profiles to offer suitable financial products that meet their specific needs.
  • Provide the highest level of service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction as HNI customers.
  • Offer investment planning and advice to clients, assisting them in making informed decisions.
  • Achieve sales and revenue targets across a diversified product portfolio.
  • Serve as a single point of contact for assigned customers, providing personalized assistance.
  • Acquire and service HNI/UHNI customers, building strong relationships with this segment.


  • Mutual Fund Products: Understanding various types of mutual funds, their features, and investment objectives.
  • Market and Industry Trends: Staying updated with market trends and news, economic indicators, and industry developments.
  • Investment Analysis: Evaluating fund performance, risk-return metrics, and asset allocation strategies.
  • Sales and Communication Skills: Effectively presenting and communicating complex financial information to potential investors.
  • Relationship Building: Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences..
